The purpose of the Website is to provide the public and the users of Foncal with information on its corporate activities and on the products and services it offers -supply of plumbing, air-conditioning, solar energy, civil engineering and other related-sector materials-, and to enable them to make enquiries, request quotations, manage orders and access the online shop and the other services enabled on the Website, thus saving journeys and telephone dealings with the various departments of Foncal.

2.3. Through this website, Foncal aims to provide a useful service, and users’ suggestions are therefore always welcome.

If you, as a user, do not agree with any of the terms contained in this notice, you must stop using the Foncal website, since access to it implies acceptance of them without reservation.

It should be borne in mind that the use of the services offered on this site shall, in addition, be governed by the specific conditions provided for in each case, which shall be deemed accepted by the mere use of such services.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

8.1. For the resolution of all disputes or matters relating to this website or to the activities carried out on it, Spanish law shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit, and the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife shall have jurisdiction to resolve all disputes arising from or relating to its use.

8.2. The provisions of the preceding paragraph are without prejudice to the rights to which users who are consumers or users are entitled under the Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre) (Spanish Consumer Protection Act).
